Role Overview
As Vice President, Workforce 4.0, you will be at the helm of transformative strategic initiatives that will drive our Workforce 4.0 (WF 4.0) agenda. You will coordinate various workstreams to ensure successful implementation and support the development of comprehensive strategic plans. This high-impact role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of work and influence workforce resilience not only at Temasek but also across our extensive ecosystem of strategic assets and investments.
Responsibilities
Drive Temasek Tripartite Conversations (TTC) Initiatives
  • Lead and drive transformative TTC initiatives, fostering dialogue and catalyzing interventions on key workforce transformation topics for sustainable business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Temasek, the Labour movement, and the Singapore Government (Singov) to address emerging trends and workforce-related challenges.
  • Conceptualize and develop the annual TTC Dialogue theme, integrating valuable insights from tripartite partners and diverse data sources.
Spearhead Development of Workforce Resilience Performance Metric Framework
  • Enhance and refine the Workforce Resilience Performance Metric Framework to measure and optimize workforce resilience and performance.
  • Continuously track and report on key performance indicators to ensure sustained improvement and impact.
Nurture Key Stakeholder Relations - Strengthening Relations with NTUC and Other Strategic Stakeholders
  • Cultivate and strengthen strategic working relationships with NTUC, including engagement at the senior management level.
  • Lead initiatives to establish systematic processes to foster mutual understanding and collaboration.
  • Enhance relationships with other strategic stakeholders, including Singapore Government agencies and other key partners.
Enhance Workforce 4.0 Narrative
  • Develop and execute a compelling Workforce 4.0 narrative and publicity strategy.
  • Elevate the visibility and mindshare of WF 4.0 initiatives both internally and externally, positioning Temasek as a leader in workforce innovation.
Responsibilities
Data Collection and Analysis
  • Strengthen data collection methodologies for critical workforce metrics.
  • Analyze and interpret data to drive strategic planning and decision-making, leveraging AI for advanced insights and analytics.
Spearhead Horizon Scanning Capabilities
  • Develop and refine capabilities for horizon scanning to identify and assess local and global workforce-related trends.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on emerging trends to inform WF 4.0 strategies.
WF 4.0 Workplan and KPIs
  • Refine and execute the comprehensive WF 4.0 Workplan.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs to evaluate the success and impact of WF 4.0 initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in strategic planning and execution within a dynamic and complex organizational environment.
  • Deep expertise in workforce resilience metrics and performance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-level relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, labor organizations, and government agencies.
  • Exceptional networking skills and the ability to work across different organizations and departments.
  • Superior data analysis and interpretation skills, with proficiency in leveraging AI for strategic insights.
  • Outstanding communication and narrative development abilities, with a proven track record in successful publicity and awareness campaigns.
  • Demonstrated capability to anticipate and respond to emerging workforce trends through proactive horizon scanning
