Responsibilities
This is an individual contributor role, and we are looking for a forward-looking recruiter to join our ever growing and evolving organisation. Duties include, but not limited to:
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Drive the recruitment of talents globally in close partnership with various business units for junior to mid-senior level hires (including permanent and contract roles) 
  • End-to-end recruitment which includes sourcing, interviewing, offer benchmarking and negotiation
  • Partner with various HR specialist teams on hiring related matters e.g. compensation packages, terms of employment, etc. 
  • Apply solution-based approach which includes innovative and effective sourcing strategies, ensuring delivery of search in a cost-effective manner 
  • Keep abreast of business human capital matters and external market trends to be an effective recruiting advisor to business 
  • Ensure recruitment practices, processes are in compliant to various markets/countries’ best practices and regulations  
  • Drive systems, policies, and process related projects, such as system change requirements and UAT, preferred suppliers review, policies review, process improvements, etc.
Requirements
•    Bachelors’ Degree 
•    Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a recruiter of top-tier talents from (i) in-house or (ii) mixture of in-house and external search in similar fast paced environments. Tech recruitment background advantageous, though not compulsory 
•    Good track record in end-to-end direct recruitment efforts (including sourcing strategies) and ability to drive projects from time-to-time
•    Good business acumen with the ability to apply critical thinking, good HR judgement and institutional knowledge to connect the dots  
•    A good understanding of the levers of talent acquisition programs and policies in terms of design, development, and implementation  
•    Ability to think creatively about the future of recruitment, incorporating best practices and digitalisation efforts 
•    Strong communicator, persuasive and able to build good rapport with candidates and stakeholders of all levels  
•    Strong ownership, hands-on with the ability to drive things through end-to-end 
•    Good understanding of compensation and basic financials which translate into effective offer presentation and negotiation 
•    Intermediate level in excel and numerate.
