Introduction

Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Vice President of Organizational Development to design and implement strategies and initiatives that foster employee engagement, enable high performance, and cultivate a positive work environment. This role will focus on assessing business needs, analyzing data, and implementing strategies aligned with the organization’s strategy and goals. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in organisational assessment, organizational design and change management within the financial or investment sector.

Key Responsibilities

Organizational Assessment & Strategy

  • Review data, conduct surveys and interviews with stakeholders, and analyze results to identify organizational challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute organizational development (OD) strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.

 

Organisation Design

  • Analyze and refine/ redesign organizational structures, roles, and processes to align with the organization's strategy and goals.
  • Partner with senior management to develop and implement an organizational structure that ensures organizational efficiency and effectiveness, promotes employee engagement, and builds a strong organisation culture.

 

Change Management

  • Lead/ facilitate change management efforts to prepare and support individuals, teams, and leaders in effecting organizational change.
  • Drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures through effective change interventions.

 

Culture

  • Conduct in-depth assessments of the current organisational structure and culture.
  • Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
  • Shape and reinforce a high-performance culture aligned with the firm’s values and business strategy.

 

 

Data Analytics & Decision Support

  • Utilize HR and business data analytics to drive evidence-based decision-making.
  • Develop/ refine metrics and dashboards to measure organizational effectiveness, engagement, and leadership impact.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on workforce and operational analytics.

Requirements

 

  • 15+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Change Management, preferably in the investment, financial services, or professional services sector.
  • Proven experience leading change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation, including ability to influence senior executives and drive large-scale change initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills to drive multiple organizational initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive OD strategies and decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of organization design principles and methodologies.
  • Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
