Responsibilities
- Work with product managers and developers to conceptualise and prototype UI/UX for web/mobile applications.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Take a user-centric design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs
Requirements
- Expertise in standard design software such as Sketch, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, etc.
- Knowledge of best practices to design solutions, including a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Solid understanding of user-centric design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct design thinking workshops and exercises
- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
