Introduction

The Treasury Team seeks to enhance value and strengthen the organisation’s resilience by developing strategy, policy, structuring & raising debt, and managing liquidity, interest rate and FX exposures optimally for Temasek. 

Through collaboration, partnership and objective advice, the team builds strong long-term relationships with Treasury’s network of stakeholders including the various investment groups, financial counterparties, bank lenders, bond investors, and the broader Temasek eco-system of portfolio companies and platforms. 
 

Responsibilities
  • Provide analytics support on all existing Debt Capital Market (DCM) products such as Medium Term Note (MTN) and Euro Commercial Paper (ECP), Exchangeable Bonds and Private Placements 
  • Study on new global DCM markets and products 
  • Updating of DCM related documentation and support DCM transaction execution 
  • Track DCM related data and develop analytics and reporting capabilities 
  • Monitor global Interest Rate (IR) markets and provide analytic support for in-house IR forecast 
  • Assist with drafting standard operating process (SOP) for all DCM related processes 
Requirements
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and VBA programming 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Proficient in Bloomberg 
  • Open to pre-graduates with positive attitude and keenness to learn 
  • Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environment 
  • Effective communicator
