Introduction

The TA team is responsible for identifying and hiring top talent to drive the firm’s success. The team partners with hiring managers to deliver strategic recruitment solutions with a focus on candidate experience and employer branding. 

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Campus Recruitment Lead to develop and execute initiatives aligned to our global campus recruitment mandate. 
  • Assist in the global campus operations, providing end-to-end support for recruitment-related activities, such as interviews coordination, event planning, logistical coordination, and talent marketing. 
  • Supporting the talent acquisition activities globally such as coordinating and scheduling of interviews, reference/background checks, screening and shortlisting of CVs etc. 
  • Any other ad hoc administrative duties when required 
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in any discipline with a keen interest in HR and/or Talent Acquisition/Campus Recruitment 
  • Available to commit to a minimum of 6 months for the internship. 
  • Demonstrates strong planning, follow-up, and organizational skills. 
  • Possesses a hands-on approach, meticulous with a keen eye for accuracy. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines 
  • A team player, creative and self-starter 
  • High level of interpersonal, specifically communication and writing skills 
  • Proficient IT skills, familiar with search engines and databases. System knowledge in SuccessFactors, recruitment databases, MS Office, and Outlook is advantageous.
