Introduction

The TA team plays a pivotal role in engaging, identifying and hiring top talents to drive the firm’s success. The team partners with hiring managers to deliver strategic recruitment solutions with a focus on candidate experience and employer branding. Through this internship, the intern will have the opportunity to be involved in various projects focused on enhancing recruitment strategies and operational efficiency, gaining valuable exposure to the end-to-end support of a recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Research and compile industry best practices to strengthen employer branding, candidate experience, and overall recruitment effectiveness
  • Assist in the preparation of user guides for new initiatives to support change management, increase adoption and knowledge sharing
  • Conduct research and analysis to improve data management, accuracy, reporting, and insights for recruitment
  • Gain practical experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and other recruitment platforms to optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support the Campus Recruitment Lead to develop and execute initiatives aligned to our global campus recruitment mandate
  • Assist in global campus operations, providing end-to-end support for recruitment-related activities, such as interview coordination, event planning, logistical coordination, and talent marketing
  • Supporting the talent acquisition activities globally such as coordinating and scheduling of interviews, reference/background checks, screening and shortlisting of CVs etc.
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative duties when required

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in any discipline with a keen interest in HR and/or Talent Acquisition/Campus Recruitment
  • Available to commit a minimum of 6 months for the internship
  • Demonstrates strong planning, follow-up, and organizational skills
  • Possesses a hands-on approach, meticulous with a keen eye for accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • A team player, creative and self-starter
  • High level of interpersonal, specifically communication and writing skills
  • Proficient IT skills, familiar with search engines and databases. System knowledge in SuccessFactors, recruitment databases, and AI-driven recruitment tools would be highly advantageous
  • Familiar with MS Office, and Outlook
