Introduction

Temasek’s Public Affairs team is seeking a Web Project Manager to support the exciting transformation of the content and infrastructure of its existing corporate website.  Reporting to an in-house communications team, the project manager has the primary responsibility for reviewing technical solutions, as well as ensuring milestones and action items progress according to the project objectives, timelines and budget. The candidate should accordingly be proficient with website content management technology, social media, and content marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Working with internal stakeholders and external vendors, the project manager will interface with various teams to identify dependencies, ensure project milestones and deliverables meet requirements, and the project is delivered on time and budget
  • This includes reviewing day-to-day agency deliverables to ensure technical solutions are fit-for-purpose and the team’s brief is addressed, managing vendors, and improving the efficiency of work processes where necessary
  • Apply specific functional and technical knowledge of Web Content Management applications to help guide the design and implementation of the solution
  • Contribute to risk identification and mitigation planning, management of scope variation
  • Project administration including providing timely project updates, and budget tracking. 

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of work experience; with at least 2 years as a project manager for enterprise-level digital or tech projects
  • Proven track record in managing enterprise-level projects, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Google Analytics (GA4) implementation, configuration and administration
  • Highly conversant and strong knowledge of CMS systems, digital workflows and web content management best practices
  • Detail-oriented, and excellent problem-solving and documentation skills  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to write for different online platforms is a plus
  • A collaborative team player who works well with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working with clients or in-house in corporate environments, ideally in banking and financial services / investment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, MS Project) for tracking and reporting
  • PMP, Agille/Scrum certification is a plus
