INTRODUCTION

The Active Alpha Team (AAT)'s mission is to establish new, research-driven approach to public equities and to generate alpha with concentrated, high conviction portfolio. It provides comprehensive and fit-for-purpose coverage of all the largest developed market companies, accesible to the entire Investment Group (IG). 

 

We are looking for project intern(s) to join our teams in the first half of 2026. You will be working closely with AAT with key responsibilities and opportunities such as active research coverage for multiple developed market stocks within sector:

 

  • Intensive research of your industry and sector. Keeping abreast of key developments daily, and staying in touch with management teams, and buy-side and industry contacts to stay on top of all major developments
  • Cultivation of proprietary investment recommendations, and articulation of views in high quality, concise, research notes
  • Close monitoring of markets, with adjustment of investment theses as may be required by stock price movements, or new information
  • Presentation of recommendations, with open-mindedness to incorporate feedback, to AAT Portfolio Managers, Director of Research and other team members 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with a strong interest in public investing
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skill
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the conviction to take an independent differentiated view
  • Able to work well with diverse teams and deal with multiple stakeholders
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and to work independently
