Introduction

In partnership with teams across Temasek and our broader ecosystem, the Community Stewardship team drives programmes that contribute to the progress, cohesion and resilience of communities; advances thought leadership on corporate philanthropy; and collaborates with the Temasek Trust Collective to amplify community impact.
Reporting to the Director/Vice President, Community Stewardship, you will support the team across strategy, programme delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualising, evaluating, and implementing programmes across a wide thematic range, spanning workforce development, education, social inclusion, sustainability and community resilience.
- Running research sprints on subjects shaping the future of corporate philanthropy and community impact, such as innovative financing mechanisms, impact measurement and strategic giving.
- Deepening engagement with partners and stakeholders across the ecosystem, including delivering community networking events and curating the team’s Spotlight on Philanthropy circular.
- Sharpening knowledge management — building and maintaining the data tools that track our engagements and our Singapore and international contributions.
- Strengthening how we measure and articulate impact — working with programme data to evaluate outcomes and communicating impact achieved through our contributions.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in business management and analytics, social sciences, sociology, public policy, communications - or a related field. Cross-disciplinary backgrounds are welcome.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure information.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to manage shifting priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills base.
- A collaborative team player who is proactive, takes ownership, and is quick to pick up new tools and skills.
