You will be a member of the Group People Technology team to roll out Digital solutions such as RPA, Power Automate, SaaS solutions, dashboards/analytics, and to drive technology transformation within the Organisation & People function. Outstanding final year students may receive a contract job offer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Analyst
- Build new AI/ML use case to improve productivity and efficiency
- Use data analytics to explore, innovate and provide insights
- Data Ingestion in Data lake
- Data Governance - Tracks and monitors data quality, maintains the Data dictionary
- Research and use data to support design and streamline of HR processes
- Supports Reporting & Analytics
- Management, regulatory reporting, dashboards & HR data analytics
- Business Analyst
- Participate in requirement gathering and testing during system implementation and deployment
- Build new RPA, Power Automate use cases for process efficiency
The incumbent will be able to gain the following competencies:
- Working knowledge of a SaaS SAP SuccessFactors human capital management system
- Experience of working in Agile delivery
- Experience in Robotic process Automation (RPA), Power Automate
- Experience in working with SaaS data cloud such as Snowflakes
- Gain knowledge in driving process alignment, elicit user requirements, process documentation, testing and deployment of SaaS HRMS and other HR related system.
Qualifications / Capabilities:
- Good analytical skills, details oriented and experience in maintaining and updating databases, working with extensive datasets
- Currently pursuing a degree or major in Computer Science, Data Science or similar discipline
- IT skills (Python, R, Excel VBA, SQL) and conversant with the use of search engines and databases, web scraping
- Good communication skills
- Meticulous and diligent in creating, maintaining and updating the reports and dashboards on a timely basis.
- Strong co-ordination and organization skills.
- Highly professional and discreet, able to maintain confidentiality on projects and HR information
