Introduction

You will be a member of the Financial Management team to roll out digital solutions such as RPA, SaaS solutions, analytics and visualization dashboards, and to drive system adoption. 

Responsibilities

  • Automate high volume work and time consuming processes using UIPath, macros, etc.
  • Develop and build analytical and operational or exception dashboards for better analytics and insights
  • Prepare video user guides and job aids for Finance-related or other tasks

 

The incumbent will be able to gain the following competencies:

  • Working knowledge of a SaaS Workday Financial Management system
  • Experience of working in Agile delivery
  • Experience in Robotic process Automation (RPA) 
  • Gain knowledge in driving process alignment, elicit user requirements and process documentation. 

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science or similar discipline
  • Strong IT skills (Python, R, Excel VBA, SQL) and conversant with the use of search engines and databases, web scraping
  • Meticulous and diligent in creating, maintaining and updating the reports and dashboards on a timely basis.
  • Good analytical skills, detail oriented and experience in working with extensive datasets
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong co-ordination and organisation skills.
