Introduction

The Administration department manages the offices of Temasek International. The team creates a safe, multi-functional and engaging workplace for Temasek employees. 


The team aims to enhance our employees and stakeholders’ onsite experience by proactively understanding their needs and developing creative workplace solutions and programmes. 


With Temasek’s overall sustainability goal in mind, the team drives sustainability initiatives and incorporates safe and healthy features into our workplace.  
 

Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess manual processes that can be improved or automated.
  • Support the implementation and maintainance of automation tools (e.g., workflow management software, RPA tools) to streamline workplace operations.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest workplace technologies, including software, hardware, and IoT solutions.
  • Support initiatives to introduce new tech solutions for improving office management, communication, and employee experience.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science or similar discipline
  • Strong IT skills (Python, R, Excel VBA, SQL) and conversant with the use of search engines and databases, web scraping
  • Meticulous and diligent in creating, maintaining and updating the reports and dashboards on a timely basis.
  • Good analytical skills, detail oriented and experience in working with extensive datasets
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong co-ordination and organisation skills
