Responsibilities
Campus, internship & contract hiring
- Partner with business leaders to fulfil campus, interns and contract hiring demands for Singapore and our International offices.
- Co-develop, support and implement round-the-year engagement initiatives with key stakeholders in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Explore and test new approaches to engaging talent, including digital campaigns, talent mapping, and market intelligence.
Optimising systems and processes
- Assess and enhance recruitment systems, platforms, and processes (including ATS optimization, automation, and scheduling tools).
- Ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability in recruitment operations.
- Take ownership of cross-functional initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and candidate/manager experience.
- Support organisation-wide efforts to modernise recruitment and align with broader HR priorities.
Coordination & support
- Provide support to our recruitment activities locally & globally, which primarily involves coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers, executive assistants, search firms and candidates.
- Coordinate travel arrangement and process reimbursements for candidates (if required).
- Conduct reference and social media checks.
- Process invoices in a timely manner.
- Maintain and ensure accuracy in e-filing, system and excel tracker.
- Assist the team in any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
- Min 3-5 years of solid track record in end-to-end recruitment with strong stakeholder management. Prior experience in managing early careers recruiting and/or campus hiring would be of advantage.
- Creative, solutions-driven mindset with ability to introduce new ways of working.
- Strong communicator and self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Proficient in enhancing recruitment platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors), leveraging AI automation tools, and refining processes.
- Hands-on, meticulous, and with a keen eye for details.
