Responsibilities
Procurement Associate
- Responsible for tech and cyber related procurement services, including, but not limited to:
- End-to-end source to contract process, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and contract management.
- Assist in conducting market research and supplier analysis to identify potential vendors and evaluate their capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sourcing strategies and negotiate favorable contract terms and conditions.
- Manage procurement inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Reporting and analytics
Others
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare documentation for projects, forecasts, and budgeting purposes.
- Manage Microsoft databases, such as Microsoft Access, to ensure accurate and organized procurement data.
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time to support procurement operations.
Requirements
- >3 years experience in procurement, operations or related function
- Bachelor's degree in procurement/supply chain, operations managements or related discipline preferred
- Strong analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills, and experience in vendor management preferred
- Familiar with procurement platforms (e.g. Ivalua, Coupa, Workday, etc)
