Responsibilities
This role based in Singapore (SG) will join the Ops Payroll team processing for the SG office as well as International Office(s).
For SG payroll: In-house system
- Validate timesheets and benefit claim reports monthly
- Prepare timesheets and benefit claims templates for upload into payroll engine
- Retrieve supporting documents for new hires/leavers and calculate prorate payments applicable monthly
- Prepare general ledger reports monthly
- Prepare submissions for government paid leave claims annually
For IO payroll: via local payroll vendors
- Collate and provide payroll information to external payroll vendor(s) monthly
- Review draft payroll prepared by the external payroll vendor(s) monthly/bi-weekly
- Prepare payroll funding template monthly
- Prepare variance and general ledger reports monthly
- Statutory reporting for IO offices
- System testing for OnePayroll( payroll reporting system)
Admin Duties
- Validate payroll vendor invoices and submit for payment via WorkDay
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ of experience in a similar payroll processing role
- Must have experience in SG payroll processing
- Must have experience in at least 1 of the following IO countries’ payroll processing: China, India, Belgium, Mexico, UK, USA, Vietnam
- Experience in PayMaster payroll processing software, would be advantageous
- Possess a positive attitude, resilience, independence, excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Proven track record as a team player who can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
