Introduction

The Digital Fluency team plays a critical role in driving the adoption of AI and automation tools across the firm. The team enable business users by conducting a structured citizen development program to design, build, and deploy their own AI and automation use cases into the enterprise platform.  We are looking for passionate engineer and analyst to join the team, his or her role will design AI and automation solution to improve productivity across all our business functions.

 

The role will also lead the platform operations team responsible for UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while continuously improving platform features to support business-led automation.

Responsibilities

Digital Fluency & Adoption

  • Design, develop, and deliver training content for AI and Automation Bootcamps targeted at business users
  • Coach and mentor citizen developers on automation tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and generative AI use cases
  • Work closely with the assigned business team champions to plan and scale AI and automation adoption across the firm
  • Translate technical concepts into practical, business-friendly guidance to accelerate adoption
  • Support firm-wide digital fluency initiatives and change management efforts
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business teams on automation and AI opportunities

 

Platform & Operations Leadership

  • Lead and guide the platform operations team responsible for enterprise bot maintenance and support for UiPath and Power Automate
  • Ensure operational stability, performance, and governance of automation platforms
  • Review the deliverables for Production deployment
  • Manage vendors and partners to deliver platform enhancements and operational support

Platform Enablement & Improvement

  • Drive continuous improvement of automation platforms, including:
    • Enabling new connectors
    • Developing reusable automation templates
    • Enhancing ease of use for business citizen developers
  • Partner cross-functionally with Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, and other platform teams to enable platform features with appropriate governance, controls, and standards to meet evolving business needs

Requirements

Experience & Background

  • 8–10 years of experience in technology delivery, digital transformation, or automation-related roles
  • Proven experience working with automation and AI tools such as:
    • UiPath
    • Microsoft Power Automate
    • Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
    • Workflow management tools or equivalent platforms

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear business understanding
  • Approachable, hands-on coaching style with experience enabling non-technical users
  • Demonstrated vendor and partner management experience
  • Strong facilitation skills, with experience conducting workshops and training sessions
  • Solid leadership and people management capabilities
