Introduction
The Learning team is a Centre of Expertise within the Organisation & People department in Temasek. Supporting Temasek to achieve its business objectives, we empower our people with diverse perspectives & skillsets and offer opportunities to learn and develop themselves through Experience, Exposure, Education and Enrichment.
Responsibilities
As a Learning Partner, you will be responsible for driving learning initiatives for select management levels across the firm, including our global offices. You will be responsible for managing learning rollout, liaising with external learning partners & internal functions on content and delivery, ensuring the effectiveness and impact of programs, and managing programs per the budget. You will also conduct needs assessments, and refresh and redesign content as necessary. You will be responsible for managing learning operations and ensuring seamless rollout of annual learning plans, managing learning systems and data and providing administrative support.
Learning Initiatives
• Design & implement the learning roadmaps for select levels (Senior Associates, Associates, Support Staff and Interns) as well as assigned domain areas such as Health & Wellbeing, DEI amongst others.
• Design and implement annual learning plans for assigned management levels and domain areas, including flagship programmes such as Internship Programme and Temasek ASA Programme.
• Manage the e-learning portfolio, keeping abreast with technology and e-learning solutions to support the technology roll-out within the firm.
• Conduct learning needs analysis to identify development areas and curate/design relevant learning interventions and solutions to address the needs.
• Coordinate with external learning partners for content and delivery.
• Manage learning delivery within assigned budgets.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and implement measures to assess the impact of learning programs.
• Partner the senior learning partners in specific learning initiatives for the assigned business department
Learning Operations / Process Improvement
• Able to understand the Temasek’s Learning Management System, working with the learning admin team to enable programme implementation using SAP LMS.
• Deliver learning initiatives as per SOP with support from learning admin team.
• Support the implementation of learning technology optimisation opportunities for learning and development, including process and system optimization.
Others
• Responsible for learning dashboard and reporting & analytics.
• Coordinate learning funnel and pipeline projects for the team
• Coordinate learning communications including monthly learning newsletters
• Conceptualise and implement marketing ideas/event planning for the learning team.
• Lead point of contact for Contracts Management within the learning team
• Ad-hoc learning projects as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Organizational Behavior, or related disciplines.
• At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in HR partnering / OD / Learning & Development/ Talent Management.
• In-depth knowledge of learning trends and market practices.
• Prior experience on SAP LMS is an advantage
• Strong data management and presentation skills
• Excellent time management and perform well in a fast-paced matrix organisation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse cultures and at all levels
