Introduction

Temasek is seeking innovative Product Managers to drive transformation and enhance our capabilities in an evolving technological landscape. We’re looking for dynamic individuals passionate about leveraging technology, design, data, and AI to solve complex business challenges and create meaningful value and delightful experiences for people.

 

Serve as the HR Technology Lead, overseeing product strategy, governance, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors and related HR platforms. You will champion best practices, drive adoption, integrate responsible AI capabilities, and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of HR technology initiatives, including implementation, enhancement, and maintenance.
  • Evaluate and recommend HR tech and AI-enabled solutions aligned to HR strategy, data governance, and enterprise architecture.
  • Establish and maintain governance for SuccessFactors (configuration, data management, security, process automation) and AI usage policies (model selection, data minimization, bias monitoring, human-in-the-loop).
  • Partner with HR to review and optimize processes using SuccessFactors and AI/ML (e.g., talent matching, skills inference, sentiment insights, case deflection, workforce analytics).
  • Drive adoption and standardization of SuccessFactors and responsible AI across the organization; define usage guidelines and change management.
  • Lead rollouts of new systems/features/modules/integrations, including AI-powered features (chatbots, recommendations, document intelligence); ensure integration, UAT, and end-user training.
  • Provide training and enablement to HR teams on SuccessFactors and AI capabilities; promote process excellence and measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee vendors; ensure quality, compliance, observability, and timely issue resolution.
  • Stay current on SuccessFactors, HR tech, and AI trends; build and maintain a multi-year roadmap, POCs, and value cases.
  • Ensure reliable operations; implement monitoring for performance, data quality, and AI model drift; enforce SLAs.
  • Manage vendor relationships end-to-end; ensure compliance for data privacy, security, and AI usage.
  • Manage BAU and budgets; track ROI, adoption, and risk/compliance metrics for both HR tech and AI initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years managing medium-to-large, complex technology deliveries in multi-vendor environments.
  • 8–10 years leading complex HRIS programs with hands-on SuccessFactors experience.
  • Proven delivery across design, build, integration, data migration, testing (incl. non-functional), and production deployment.
  • Consulting background in SuccessFactors delivery preferred.
  • Candidates with SuccessFactors certification preferred.

  • Experience with incremental change, production support, demand management, and AI model lifecycle (monitoring, retraining).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; effective vendor oversight, including AI solution partners.
