Introduction
Temasek is seeking innovative Product Managers to drive transformation and enhance our capabilities in an evolving technological landscape. We’re looking for dynamic individuals passionate about leveraging technology, design, data, and AI to solve complex business challenges and create meaningful value and delightful experiences for people.
Serve as the HR Technology Lead, overseeing product strategy, governance, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors and related HR platforms. You will champion best practices, drive adoption, integrate responsible AI capabilities, and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors and related HR technology initiatives, including implementations, enhancements, defect fixes, releases, and BAU support.
- Work closely with HR teams to understand business needs and requirements and work with the team to drive fit-for-purpose solutions across SuccessFactors and connected HR platforms.
- Review, challenge, and refine solution designs from vendors to ensure they are workable in practice, aligned with business processes, and supportable in the long term.
- Work with HR counterparts and Oversee system configuration and changes across SuccessFactors including workflows, business rules, role-based permissions, data objects, and process automation.
- Coordinate and track delivery across vendors, internal technology teams, and business stakeholders to ensure timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues are actively managed.
- Manage system integrations and data flows between SuccessFactors and upstream/downstream platforms, and work with other Technology, Data, and Cyber teams to align on design, control, and compliance.
- Partner with HR to review and optimize processes using SuccessFactors and AI/ML
- Work with vendors and support the rollout of new modules, features, and AI-enabled capabilities; participate in related reviews, System testing & integration Testing and post-go-live stabilization.
- Define and maintain practical governance for system changes, security roles, data quality, configuration standards, documentation, and release management.
- Ensure reliable operations and BAU support and enhancements; implement monitoring and enforce SLAs.
- Manage vendors closely on a day-to-day basis, including reviewing deliverables, validating estimates, following up on action items, and holding them accountable for quality and responsiveness.
- Ensure HR technology solutions meet internal requirements for security, data privacy, auditability, and responsible AI usage, and support approval processes where needed.
- Engage and align stakeholders across HR, IT, and leadership to ensure shared understanding and timely decisions.
- Stay current on SuccessFactors and HR technology updates, assess their relevance to the organization, and recommend practical improvements or pilots where there is clear value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years managing medium-to-large, complex technology deliveries in multi-vendor environments.
- 8–10 years leading complex HRIS programs with hands-on SuccessFactors experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and end-to-end HR processes.
- Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors release cycles, product limitations, and configuration impacts
- Good understanding of Integrations pattern (SAP CPI/Integration centre), APIs, middleware etc.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills with Strong vendor and partner management skills
- Proven delivery across design, build, integration, data migration, testing (incl. non-functional), and production deployment.
- Consulting background in SuccessFactors delivery preferred
- Candidates with SuccessFactors certification preferred.
- Rigorous, methodical delivery; ability to build and lead cross-functional and international teams.
- Experience with incremental change, production support, demand management, and AI model lifecycle (monitoring, retraining).
