Responsibilities

 

  • Lead end to end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, to offer benchmarking) for junior to mid senior roles globally, working closely with hiring managers to shape and deliver hiring strategies
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring recommendations to business stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strategic pipelines for priority capabilities and niche roles through proactive mapping, networking, and relationship-driven engagement (not only active applicants)
  • Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to ensure an integrated talent approach, aligning hiring decisions with business plans, workforce priorities, and capability needs
  • Apply a solution oriented, innovative mindset, leveraging AI tools, technology, and creative sourcing approaches to improve productivity, quality of hire, and cost effectiveness
  • Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with local regulations and market best practices across jurisdictions
  • Drive continuous improvement projects from time to time (e.g., AI-related enablement, policy/process reviews, systems enhancements, and UAT, etc.)
Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 8+ years of HR experience, with significant recent exposure to endtoend recruitment
  • Proven ability to perform well in fastpaced, highexpectation environments
  • Strong ownership and selfagency, with intellectual curiosity and the ability to influence senior stakeholders to drive sound outcomes
  • Collaborative and forwardlooking, with the ability to effectively leverage recruiting technology and AIenabled tools
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with solid project management capability
