Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Associate Vice President (AVP) for a 8-month contract role within the Organisation & People team. This role will support the continuity of key organisational effectiveness, change, and culture priorities, partnering closely with stakeholders to sustain momentum on inflight initiatives, deliver data-informed insights, and help drive effective organisational interventions

Responsibilities

Organisational Diagnosis

  • Conduct organisational and functional assessments to identify themes, performance gaps, structural considerations, and areas for improvement.
  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative data, including stakeholder feedback and engagement inputs, to generate insights and support decision-making.
  • Translate findings into practical, actionable recommendations that enhance organisational effectiveness, team performance, and ways of working.

Change & Transformation Support

  • Support the planning and delivery of change initiatives by developing structured approaches to leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, communications, capability building, and adoption.
  • Partner with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain momentum on inflight transformation and organization priorities.
  • Provide day-to-day change support to help teams navigate transitions effectively and minimize disruption.

Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Support culture, engagement and measurement initiatives that reinforce the firm’s values, purpose, and desired work environment.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of interventions that strengthen organisational health, employee connection, and change readiness.
  • Help coordinate and deliver initiatives that require thoughtful stakeholder management and consistent follow-through.

Stakeholder Partnership & Execution

  • Work closely with leaders, O&P partners, and relevant stakeholders to align on priorities, surface risks, and drive timely execution.
  • Manage multiple workstreams concurrently, balancing responsiveness with strong attention to quality and detail.
  • Provide reliable support across ongoing OD priorities to ensure continuity during the maternity cover period.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience (typically 10+ years) in organisational development, organisational effectiveness, change management, or internal consulting.
  • Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience applying AI to elevate strategic thinking, insight generation and execution effectiveness to drive OD strategies and decision-making.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage credibly with a range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change initiatives and support implementation in complex or matrixed environments.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced setting, handling ambiguity, and ramping up quickly in a time-bound role.
