Introduction

You will be a member of the Group People Technology team to roll out Digital solutions such as RPA, Power Automate, SaaS HRMS solutions, dashboards/analytics, and to drive technology transformation within the Organisation & People function.

 

As a functional business analyst of the team, you will be responsible for key project implementation activities such as process standardization, requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholders’ management, system testing, end-user training, and system adoption. You will work with internal users, cross functional team, IT and/or the outsourced systems integrator throughout all project phases.  You will also be required to build RPAs, Power Automate and other data visualization solution as part of your role.

Responsibilities

Project Implementation & Post implementation Support

  • Support design workshop to simplify and standardize/streamline HR processes/sub-processes
  • Play a key role in project implementation activities (process harmonization, design, testing, data migration, etc)
  • Perform extensive validation and testing of digital solution
  • Supports change management activities (end-user training, build contents, etc)
  • Provide support post implementation
  • Experience of working in Agile delivery
  • Experience in Robotic process Automation (RPA), Power Automate
  • Experience in working with SaaS data cloud such as Snowflakes

 

SaaS Releases & Enhancements

  • Perform impact assessment, testing, end user training, etc

 

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build new AI/ML use case to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Use data analytics to explore, innovate and provide insights
  • Data Ingestion in Data Lake
  • Data Governance - Tracks and monitors data quality, maintains the Data dictionary
  • Research and use data to support design and streamline of HR processes
  • Supports operational, regulatory reporting & HR data analytics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in HRMS implementation, system support and/or Data Analytics.
  • Experience in Agile and SDLC delivery
  • Experience in Robotic process Automation (RPA), Power Automate, SaaS data cloud such as Snowflakes will be an added advantage.
  • Technical expertise in any of the SaaS (SAP SuccessFactors) HR modules such as Employee Central, Organization Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, Time, Performance Management, Succession Planning modules, etc.
  • Ability to drive process alignment, elicit user requirements, process documentation.
  • Attention to details, self-driven, hands-on problem-solver and multi-tasker with sound analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Strong team player with the interpersonal skills to influence and interact well with stakeholders; an effective communicator with the users and project teams to ensure project success.
  • Ability to operate under tight schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in PMP, Agile, Microsoft Access, Excel, Macros, Tableau, etc tools will be an added advantage
  • This is a one-year contract position.
