Introduction
Responsibilities
- Working knowledge of modern AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude API, HuggingFace)
- Hands-on experience building or working with agentic workflows and autonomous AI systems
- Understanding of prompt engineering techniques and LLM optimization strategies
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable code with attention
- Take part in Agile activities like sprint planning, standups, reviews, retros etc.
- Collaborate with the team to come up with technical design, API contracts, DB schema etc. for new requirements
- Implement features or data transformations with focus on code readability, maintainability, and performance
- Write unit tests and integration tests for the above
- Communicate with the team regarding requirements, priority, blockers etc.
- Document processes that might be helpful for other team members
Requirements
- Able to commit full-time for a minimum of 20 weeks. Interns who are able to commit to a full-time (5 days/week) or a minimum of part-time (4 days/week) internship is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks for multi-agent systems
- Knowledge of embeddings, semantic search, and document processing
- Prior internship or project experience in production AI application
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, and/or related fields
- Development knowledge and experience in Python, SQL, Pandas
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
